Chart of Accounts






Chart of Accounts (COA) is a created list of the accounts used by an organisation to define each class of items for which money or the equivalent is spent or received. It is used to organise the finances of the entity and to segregate expenditures, revenue, assets and liabilities in order to give interested parties a better understanding of the financial health of the entity.


Account List by default

Set of Accounts have been pre-loaded in Q6 by default. User may add new account, edit existing account or delete preloaded account accordingly based on its own industrial features. However, there are some system linked accounts which may not allow editing or deleting.
