Payslip Template under Payroll Settings helps a user to generate a customised Payslip by following the steps below
Step 1 Download the Payslip Template by selecting from the top bar.

Step 2 Amend the template accordingly, be sure that nothing has been changed within the bracketed fields [ ], which are calculated information within Q6 system, then save the file into your computer.

Step 3 Upload the saved file at Step 2, file type must be .doc format, which is Microsoft Word format, with file size no more than 2MB.
