1.Opening Bills indicates the number of Open Bills and the total amount of all Open Bills.
2.Overdue Bills indicates the number of Bills have passed the set Due Date and the total amount of all Overdue Bills.
3.Bar Chart is assigned under Bills you need to pay section, where X-axis has been fixed as six section, Earlier, Last week, This week, Next week and future.
a.Earlier: this is the time frame before last week, where Q6 will calculate the total amount of the entire Open bills and Overdue Bills within the selected time range.
b.Last week: this is the time frame within last week, where Q6 will calculate the total amount of the entire Open bills and Overdue Bills within the selected time range.
c.This week: this is the time frame before this week, where Q6 will calculate the total amount of the entire Open bills and Overdue Bills within the selected time range.
d.Next week: this is the time frame before next week, where Q6 will calculate the total amount of the entire Open bills and Overdue Bills within the selected time range.
