1.Title: There are four options of Mr, Ms, Mrs, and Miss.

2.First Name: this is a required field before this employee record can be saved.

3.Last Name: this is a required field before this employee record can be saved.

4.Date of birth:   this field needs to be filled in DD/MM/YYYY format.

5.Gender: default as male, but can be modified through dropdown arrow.

6.Mobile: it needs to be in mobile number format and length. It’s an optional field.

7.Email: it needs to be in email format and length. It’s an optional field.

8.Phone: it needs to be in phone number format and length. It’s an optional field.
