Entitlement Balance is designed to give employer or payroll staff a figure on each individuals Entitlement Balance.
All fields are not editable, as they are calculated through each PayRun.
1.Entitlement: This would be pre-selected from Pay Item Entitlement.
2.Opening Hours: If there is opening Hours input under PayRun Template, then this Opening Hours has figure in.
3.Hours Accrual: Every processed Pay Run will generate accrual hours automatically.
4.Hours Taken: Hours Taken are the hours taken on every processed Pay Run.
5.Available Hours: It is the balance of Entitlement Hours for each Employee.
