Manage Subscription
Once a user has subscribed for one of the packages in Q6, they will be able to upgrade their package to meet with their higher demands. A user may also update Bill and Payment information in Manage Subscriptions. Other than that, all billing history will be found under Subscription & Billings. A user may manage their subscription with Q6 through the tab on the top right corner under User name.
Please note.
1. A user may upgrade their package through upgrading to an advanced package, but not allowed to downgrade. If a user wishes to downgrade at some point, please contact Q6 at [email protected].
2. Please update your Billing Payment details, since if a payment fails three times in one invoice, this will lead to an account freeze. A user may need to contact Q6 office at [email protected] to reactivate their accounts.
