Once User has subscriped one of the package in Q6, they shall be able to upgade their package to match with their higher demand. User may also update Bill and Payment information in Manage Subscription. Other than that, all billing history will be found under Subscription & Billings. User may manage their subscription with Q6 through the tab on the top right corner under Username.
Few things to be notified as below.
1. User may upgrade their package through upgrade to an advanced package, but not allowed to downgrade. If user wishes to downgrade at some point, please contact Q6 at [email protected]
2. Please update your Billing Payment details as fail payment for three times in one invoice will lead to account freeze. User may need to contact Q6 office at [email protected] to reactivate their accounts.
