Definition

An invoice is usually created when a user delivers the items or services the customer ordered. Invoices can be in the status of Open (unpaid), Closed (paid) or Credit (negative sale). An invoice can’t be changed to a quote or an order.

 

 

 

General Route for Sales:

Customer > Sales Quote > Sales Order > Sales Invoice > Receive Payment >  Credit Note
